Thursday is one of my favorite days of the week. It’s sheet/towels day, chickflick and nail night, and it’s the day before my weekly date night. It is also the day that Kristian takes our only working laptop to work with him so I am posting early.
I decided to change the menu I had planned because I am up to my eyeballs in pork tenderloin. I also have not made Filipino food since I started counting calories because I was overwhelmed with all the math I needed to do to figure out portion sizes/calories. I have figured out it’s not so hard and I’m sure Kristian will appreciate the menu choice. Sinagang really is a pretty low calorie meal and it happens to be his favorite. Something to look forward to tomorrow :).
Anyways, Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast- 150 calories
- 6 TBSP egg beaters
- Thin round bread
- Chickfila grilled nuggets (8 count)
And this is my new favorite butternut squash meal that I shared last week so I won’t bore anyone with the recipe again. This is a winner though!
