Friday (Day 12)

I know I already posted today but I wanted to go ahead and do today’s meals since I am not going to be blogging over the weekend and my lunch was fabulous.

Breakfast- 287 calories


  • 2 Scrambled eggs
  • 1/4 cup fat free cheese

Lunch- 163 calories


  • 1/2 cup basmati rice
  • butternut squash
  • garam masala to taste
  • curry powder to taste
  • salt

This was so delicious and obviously very low calorie. I roasted 6oz of butternut squash with Pam spray and indian spices for 20 mins on 400.

Dinner- 890 calories (Yowzers)

We are going on our weekly Friday date and have picked Carrabas. We love going to local restaurants and supporting small businesses but it is so hard to find nutritional information for the non-chains. Maybe we should just try one of our favorites and see if the information is available. Anyways, Chicken Bryan and a house salad for me tonight! Have a great weekend!
