So today we tried breadless chicken parm recipe with our spaghetti squash which turned out delicious!

We used this recipe only I was super lazy yesterday because it was 18 degrees outside and so we got the ingredients too late to make it in the crockpot. It was still delicious on 375 degrees for 40 mins.

I cooked the spaghetti squash at the same time in the oven and it was perfect.

Just as good as the carbacide we usually pile on, but with half the guilt!

I really enjoyed it and would make it again, but maybe not so much next time.  My loving husband captured a shot of the aftermath, dust bunnies and all.
